Hwy 7 resurfacing project complete
WILLMAR, Minn. — The Highway 7 resurfacing project started Monday, June 12. It included the resurfacing of Highway 7 from the intersection of US 71 and Highway 7 near Blomkest to Clara City (16.4 miles). The project is now complete. There is some minor work left to complete, but the detour will be removed by 5:30 pm today, Sept. 22 and the road will opened to traffic.
A roundabout is being constructed at the intersection of Highway 7 and US 71. The intersection of US 71 and Highway 7 is open to traffic.

MnDOT asks motorists to slow down and pay attention while driving through work zones. Motorists who speed through a work zone or who disobey work zone flaggers face a $300 fine.
