Public meeting set for Moose Lake area project

DULUTH, Minn. – Work is set to begin in late May on the Moose Lake Area project. The project will provide a number of significant improvements to Highways 73, 27 and 289 through Moose Lake as well as adjacent roadways. The project is set to begin in late May and be complete in October.

MnDOT and the city of Moose Lake will conduct a public information meeting to bring area residents and businesses up to date on the work.

The meeting will take place Wednesday, May 10, at 10 a.m. at the Moose Lake City Hall at 412-4th Street, Moose Lake. MnDOT and the construction contractor will provide details on when construction will start, what the phases are of the project and answer any questions.
MnDOT plans to conduct weekly project update meetings once construction begins.
